We provide all Hard FM Services including damp proofing, decorating, electrical, fencing, groundworks, joinery, maintenance, mould works, plastering, plumbing, roofing and tiling. Meet The Contractors

Stephen

Proprietor/Contractor

Stephen was a Site Manager for several years and worked his way up to become a Facilities Contracts Manager before creating Stark Contractors. Stephen takes great pride in seeing the progress from the start of a job right through to the end. An interesting fact about Stephen is that he has been bungee jumping, scuba diving and skydiving but don’t worry, he won’t be doing this at your property!

Mark

Contractor

Mark has been in the building trade for 37 years and is an electrician by trade. Mark has a wealth of knowledge of the trade and was previously a Finishing Forman and Assistant Manager on new build sites. Mark ensures that jobs are completed properly so there are no revisits and his hobbies include fishing, football and golf.

Jez

Contractor

Jez is a Former Site Manager with a thorough understanding of building regulations, key management and health and safety. Jez has over 25 years experience in the industry and has built over 350 homes and once oversaw 4 new build sites at the same time! In his spare time Jez has a keen interest in motorbikes, fishing and spending time with his family.

Our Story So Far

In October 2022 Proprietor Stephen Moore was inspired to help more people feel safer and happier in their homes. He made the jump and transitioned from being a Site Manager on major construction projects to launch Stark Contractors as a Facility and Property Maintenance Entrepreneur. Starting with just a single customer the business has rapidly expanded and in less than two years we have worked with over 1000 customers across several Counties in the UK.

All of our contractors are former building site managers and bring a wealth of experience and know-how so works are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. We take great pride in the quality of our Hard FM Services and we have gone from strength to strength in our short existence gaining 4.9 stars on Google Reviews.
